Returned Checks (NSF Fees): In the event that your check is returned unpaid for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, account closed, stop payment), you will be assessed a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee. This fee will be the maximum amount allowable by law, with a minimum charge of $25.00. You will be responsible for this fee in addition to the original amount due.
