Once you click submit, your request is securely sent to our office, and your credit card details are hidden from view. The card information is securely stored in our payment portal (Stripe) for your convenience and peace of mind. By submitting this request, you confirm that you understand all charges for services rendered are non-refundable and non-contestable. This authorization agreement serves as a guarantee of payment for any charges incurred for services provided. We reserve the right to charge your card for any past-due balance that is not paid within our credit terms. Since these transactions are processed electronically, we are not required to keep a physical credit card on file for charges to be valid. Statements for unpaid balances are sent on the first of each month. If payment is not received by the 15th, we will charge the card on file for the total past-due balance.
